Experience a curated tasting menu paired with premium wines from Grover Zampa Vineyards, India’s most internationally acclaimed winery, created in collaboration with Michel Rolland. The entire evening is presented by Sumit Jaiswal from Grover Zampa, who will guide guests through the wines, the terroir, and the story behind India’s rise as a serious wine nation. Each course is designed specifically for the wine it accompanies, showcasing how Indian cuisine and world-class wine truly belong together. Expect elegance, depth, spice and balance — and a wine story few in Europe have ever tasted.
